this was yummy and fast. I keep mixtures of mixed frozen veg in my freezer. this bunch was carrots, broccoli. water chesnuts, edamame, green beans with a bit of olive oil, sea salt and penzey's mural spice. I nuked that.meanwhile quickly seared the sushi grade tuna fillet prepped with gomasio (sea salt and roasted sesame seeds crushed) on the george forman for 2 minutes.sliced the tuna fillet, served atop veggies with a dollop of yummy hummus in the middle for fun. fabulous, fast lunch.
